We got mold and wasnt sure what to do next. I googled, found this company and from the first phone call to work completion was beyond my expectations. I called on a Friday morning, but mid morning I had Brandon at my house doing an analysis. While being super professional and detailed about expectations and plans, he was also incredibly personable. He gave us multiple options on steps to take and when asked provided his expert opinion as well.He had the mold removed and we had an understanding of where the water was coming from by Friday afternoon. Fans and dehumidifier placed, he was back the next morning to check progress. Still needed a bit more time to finish drying and we requested he return Monday, so Easter wouldnt be impacted by our situation. Monday morning he was back, and validated our leak was dry, the mold was gone. We have 2 young kids and the peace of mind Brandon gave us getting this work done quickly,Efficiently, and with transparency was greatly appreciated.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike a planned repair where we can measure, quote, and schedule, water mitigation is an emergency response. The full scope reveals itself as we work. We can provide a range, but we won’t have a final number until remediation is complete.
What determines the cost:
∙ Drying time — we don’t control how long it takes; the structure does and dry standards but we do use heat to speed up drying.
∙ Equipment runtime — fans, dehumidifiers, and monitoring run until moisture readings hit target
∙ Hidden damage — what’s behind walls and under floors shows itself mid-job
We document daily with photos and moisture readings, and price everything through industry-standard line items. You’ll see every charge and understand what it’s for.
Throughout the process, we work with you and your insurance company to keep everyone informed on where we are. Self pay or Insurance pay
All rebuild work will be estimated separately and in total.
MOLD Services:
• We do not perform mold testing due to Texas laws and regulations. We work with certified third-party partners when testing is required.
• Typical mold remediation jobs range from $250–$750 for areas 25 square feet or less. Mold must be visually confirmed.
• We remediate mold only on structural materials.
