Our water heater burst at 11 PM on a Tuesday night and flooded our entire garage and laundry room. I called Best Option Restoration in a complete panic and they answered immediately. Brandon showed up in under an hour with all the equipment needed. He extracted the water that night and had dehumidifiers and air movers running within two hours. They worked directly with our insurance company so I didn’t have to stress about paperwork during an already stressful time. The whole process took about 5 days and you’d never know we had flooding. This local company saved us from a total disaster!

Came home from work to find our washing machine had overflowed and water had spread through the laundry room into the hallway and two bedrooms.
