Our firm handles most cases with a "fixed fee." This set fee covers everything that an attorney does on your case prior to a jury trial. We offer payment plans as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our firm can typically answer your most pressing questions over the phone. After that, we schedule an in person consultation. This typically lasts 30 minutes. We go over the facts, discuss options, and explain what to expect as the case progresses. This consultation is free.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Speak to multiple attorneys. In the end, go with the one that you feel the most comfortable with. I believe trust is the most important factor in choosing an attorney. However, ask about the attorneys experience and results in your specific county.
