We are thankful that they came out and got the job done! We had a cooktop to install and the first electrician connected the wires, told us our cooktop doesn’t work, and charged us a $300 service fee when it is advertised online as $0. He was there for approximately 25 minutes. I called Paul and he sent another electrician out and ultimately was able to get the cooktop working! We appreciate the customer service and Paul helping us get it right! We were also waiting on a quote for two separate items that we haven’t received yet.

I used an electrical for 20 years who retired, and I thought I would never find another company as great and nice as he was. But I did – HR Phoenix was fantastic. Great, super nice staff, fast and did quality work. A liiiiiitle pricey, but what isn't these days. I highly recommend them.

Michael did a great job, responsive, complete, and expedient. Initial hourly cost was a little high but they were up front about it. Rates dropped in second hour. Would definitely use HR Phoenix for other specialty or urgent electrical work. We contacted them Friday afternoon and received a quick call back. Technician came Saturday morning.

Last night three of our plugs in the kitchen went out while we were fixing dinner. After checking everything I knew to check I started to seek professional help. We went on Angi to find an electrician. Within a very short amount of time Paul from HR Pheonix called to see if he could be of assistance. I talked him through what had happened and what I had done so far. It wasn't an emergency so Paul suggested a service call today. They were very accommodating of my schedule and set it up for the early afternoon. Mike B. arrived on time, within the service window. The text messages kept me informed of the appointment and of Mike's impending arrival. I showed Mike the three culprit plugs and he went straight to work. He found that all three plugs were still functioning but that they still had no power. After investigating the panel Mike discovered that our secondary generator panel was the true culprit and that it was an easy fix. Within thirty minutes Mike had diagnosed and resolved the issue. The issue was resolved and now the bill needed to be paid. The bill was not cheap, however it was a value to me and my wife. I learned a long time ago that you aren't just paying someone for what they do you are paying them for the knowledge and expertise that they bring. Good service is not cheap, and generally cheap service is not always that good Thank you Paul and Mike for quick, professional, and quality service. @Mike my wife didn't buy it when I told her it was the flux capacitor to the warp core.... Thanks again
