The tech was named Alex! He texted me right back and was able to set a date and time within minutes. When he arrived he the original price he quoted me was more because I forgot to mention where I wanted the speakers, surround sound and television systems installed. Overall I was very impressed with his professionalism, quality of work and cleanliness. Football season is going to be great!
