- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent, honest and suitable. I provide you with all the receipts for the materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly we get acquainted and discuss a scope of work, you describe me the issue you would like to resolve, I asses time and pricing, and also materials, needed for this type of work. If the scope of work is huge and it's necessary I may come for assessment at your site. Than I buy all the materials, providing you with the receipts and we start our project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started learning how to work with construction tools and materials from a young age, helping my father with household repairs. I enjoyed it back then, and I still enjoy it now. Later, I began taking on more repair tasks in my own apartment. In my previous job, I worked closely with a repair team, taking an active role in their projects. After moving to the U.S., I completed an online course on performing small repairs.
