I’m an admitted terrible house keeper and used to snide comments. But Presley and his helper made me feel at ease. They made my small apartment seem as important as a million dollar home. They were able to make my home a place to be proud of. Organization and details are their specialty. Plus I loved their cleaning products. Smells so fresh.

I’m really happy with the deep cleaning they did for my rental house! The lady worked tirelessly for nearly 12 hours straight — I even told her to take a break and go home, but she insisted on finishing the job. She stayed until late at night to make sure everything was spotless and shiny. The painter was also very professional and friendly, and I’m really pleased with his work too.

Presley was a god send. He cleaned out our two attics that had probably never been cleaned through all the past owners of the house. We Moved in and I wanted them looking new. They do!! He took out all the things that had been left behind and then thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned all the nooks and crannies. We discovered spaces that we didn’t even know were there. Then he moved heavy boxes up to the attic for us. He was worth every penny because my husband and I don’t have to do that now. I will definitely call Presley again! He was a joy to work with!

Presley and his 1-person crew worked hard to get this haunted house of a garage cleaned along with the contents. Took 9 hours! The only issue I had was with the pricing for the service. I understand that pics do not tell the whole picture which is why the pricing went up three times as the day progressed! Don’t know if I was scammed but feel like I was. $620 was estimate based on pics. Could have certainly understood a revised estimate and a final cost upon inspection. The quoted price ended up at $1850!!!. This did not include a dumpster cost as we already had a construction dumpster!! Suggest that anyone using this service should get a confirmed cost before beginning the job!

Your garage was definitely one of the most challenging “full clean-outs” we’ve handled — and my team and I were happy to put in the full 9 hours to get everything emptied, organized, swept, and disposed of properly. Regarding the pricing: I completely understand why the increases felt surprising. Photo estimates are never exact for garage, attic, or hoarder-level cleanouts since we can’t see volume, weight, or what items are hidden behind others. Once we arrived and walked the job in person, we discussed the updated price before continuing any work. I strive to always be transparent, especially with situations where the job ends up being much larger than what photos can show. That said, I hear your feedback and will be improving our process by providing final walk-through quotes before starting any labor, so there are no surprises for anyone moving forward. I booked a kitchen deep clean along with laundry folding, and I am genuinely blown away by the level of care and professionalism that went into everything. The work was extraordinary from start to finish. My kitchen looks brand new — every appliance, cabinet, and surface was cleaned with such precision and attention to detail that I kept noticing small touches I didn’t even think to ask for. The laundry was folded neatly and thoughtfully, making it so easy to put everything away. What I appreciated most was the communication and proactive approach. They checked in throughout the process, made sure everything was done to my liking, and went above and beyond without me having to say a word. We aim to meet your budget whenever possible. Our pricing includes factors such as the number of hours per clean, size and condition of your home, and time to travel to your home for each clean. We offer a discount code of THUMB20 to give you 20% off your first regular clean!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone call to get to know you and your expectations better so that we can meet them. We then agree on a booking date and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We offer an app called Launch27 where you can change the schedule, communicate with the cleaner, update payment information and more. Our cashless payments mean you never have to run out to the ATM to grab cash because the cleaner is coming.
