What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It helps to visit with past or current customers to get a sense of how a firm like ours operates, the quality of services provided, and relationship that has been in place, etc. We are focused on delivering quality across all lines of business and place an emphasis on customer support and service day in and day out. Also, we recommend to work with a firm that has a dedicated and consistent support staff that does change or turnover on a regular basis as this causes a multitude of problems including not knowing the customer's expectations, history, or related details. In our opinion, it is very difficult to be a true business partner without knowing the customer in depth.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Quality over rate is much more important when it comes to providing highly complex and sophisticated enterprise technology services. There has been a major change in the IT industry as the rates have been heavily reduced along with the quality of services being rendered. We believe in quality in all that we deliver. There are too many people and firms out there that sell on price alone without delivering the necessary quality of service. This is unacceptable to our firm. IT is becoming more and more of an asset to the enterprise and moving away from being a cost center which means that the quality provided by a partner needs to be the best.
