FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A non-refundable deposit of one-hour is due at the time of scheduling. The deposit is applied toward the first hour of mediation. Additional mediation time is billed and paid for in hourly increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introductory phone call. The first step in the process is a complimentary phone call so I can better understand your needs, provide an overview of the mediation process, and determine if mediation is right for your situation. 2. Select a date for mediation. Depending upon the complexity of issues your mediation can last anywhere from 1 hours to 3 hours. 3. Mediation. During mediation I facilitate discussions about all of the relevant issues that you’ve identified related to your dispute. 4. Mediation Settlement Agreement. As you reach agreement, I document the terms and conditions into your mediation agreement. A draft of your mediation agreement will be available within 24 hours of your final payment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a heart for people and to see them free in all areas of life. As a mediator I can help them relieve their burdens affordably and effectively.
