About
Have you been a victim to careless and reckless individuals, corporations or insurers? Large corporations, insurance companies and wealthy individuals have no problem hiring capable attorneys. At the Joeckel Law Office, we are committed to leveling the playing field for our clients. Additionally, we feel the last thing any wronged person should be worrying about is how to hire and pay for a good lawyer. That is why we handle all personal injury, bad faith and employment cases on a contingency fee basis. So what does that mean? We only charge for our work when we succeed for the client. In short… we win or you don’t pay. In one free consultation, Dave Joeckel can assess your situation and help you decide if pursuing a lawsuit is in your best interest. Then, if it is, our legal team can get the ball rolling quickly to help you ethically and most effectively resolve your dispute and maximize your financial recovery. As one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s most effective plaintiffs’ litigation firms, our clients can expect: Witnesses to be interviewed and pinned down early. Thorough research to dictate future actions. Meticulous planning and execution of discovery. Aggressive settlement talks through timely mediation & negotiation. The case to be set for trial quickly.

Hired on Thumbtack

Perfunctory conversation with a non-engaged attorney who asked few questions and seemed bored.
Joeckel Law Office's reply
After it was explained that we could not offer services, she continued to argue with us that she had a case. It was clear after the answer to the first question that there was no case.
