Started using ASP of East Fort Worth for a weekly pool cleaning service about five months ago. Compared with other services I’ve used in the last decade, this is far and away the best. Oye keeps my pool looking better than it has ever looked before, because he actually puts the time and effort into it. Plus, he is very knowledgeable, and easy to contact. I highly recommend ASP of East Fort Worth for a pool cleaning service.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a sense of obligation to others who may consider engaging with American Swimming Pools for their pool repair needs. We recently hired an employee from ASP, Moussa, to undertake three separate pool repair jobs over a weekend. Regrettably, the experience was far from satisfactory. Moussa's approach to work was marked by a lack of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail. Despite these challenges, he asserted that he had completed the tasks by the end of the weekend. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when we received calls from two customers on Monday, expressing their dissatisfaction with the quality of the work performed. In line with industry standards, we decided to hold off on processing Moussa's payment until we could follow up with the customers and assess the situation fully. This decision was communicated clearly to Moussa, with the assurance that we would discuss his payment once we had a complete understanding of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Moussa's response to this professional approach was anything but. He became irrational, resorting to making threats and false claims against our company. Even more concerning were his threats to damage our customers' equipment as a form of retribution. It is with a sense of responsibility that I share this experience, not just to highlight potential quality of work issues, but also to caution about possible customer service and interaction problems with this particular employee of American Swimming Pools. Our intention is not to malign but to inform and protect potential customers from similar experiences. We believe in transparency and the importance of customer feedback, and it is in this spirit that we share our story. We hope this review helps others make more informed decisions when choosing their pool repair services.
