Miguel came over to perform the bi-annual inspection on our AC system which included changing filters, checking connections, motors & all operations. He is very professional & knowledgeable & spent time answering my questions. I feel our system is in good hands with Modern Air Services!

I had a great experience with this AC company! Lucia was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She took the time to check whether our unit was still under warranty, which I really appreciated. They were able to provide same-day service, and the entire process was quick, professional, and stress-free. Excellent customer service and quality work.
