GmHad my 2nd service call with Varsity this week. I'm leery of maintenance plans- but the tech spent a great deal of time cleaning my outside unit and going over the inside unit as well. In addition he went in my inconvenient attic to inspect all my ductwork. No charge! In addition I asked for a quote to add some additional vents and found the pricing reasonable and fair.

Varsity Zone did a great job checking my system and preparing it for the summer heat. I needed some additional coolant and had a Capacitor that needed to be replaced. They had everything they needed with them. Now that I’m signed up for the maintenance plan, I have the peace of mind knowing that my system will be ready for another HOT Texas summer. The technician also pointed out that I could use a thicker filter in my return which allowed for better airflow in my system.
