I set up a consultation with Cahoon and it was so great. I'm completely new to all the legal things surrounding my business and she helped me understand so much. I highly recommend her services and I look forward to her help as we love forward.

Real Estate Attorney
Amber was a great resource. She provided me with guidance to not only feel confident about the legal terms of my contract but she also recommended an excellent contractor to get my inspection done in my short timeline. My bar is pretty high being the son of a lawyer and Amber exceeded my expectations.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer the following fee structures: flat fee limited scope representation retainer payments payment plans monthly or annual prepaid consulting plans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. A phone consultation can be scheduled on her website. 2. During the phone consultation, Attorney Amber Cohoon will discuss the process for engaging her services and the fee arrangement. 3. In most cases, a follow-up email is sent to the potential client so they can respond when they are ready to move forward. 4. Once the client accepts, then an engagement letter is drafted for the representation. 5. After the engagement letter is returned signed, then an invoice for payment is sent. 6. A folder is sent for the client to upload any documents that the attorney needs to review to begin the work on the case. 7. We communicate primarily through email and when we need to discuss a matter or review a contract, then my clients schedule a call through my online system. 8. Updates and status on the matter can be requested by email, but often we will reach out by email to let you know what is happening. 9. Our Firm typically carries a caseload of 40 to 70 active cases and we use paralegals, legal assistance and in some cases other contract attorneys to assist in the work load.
