- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to an initial consultation with the customer, preferably in person. Then once the customer and I come up with a full project, I like to outline expectations such as time frame for completion, how much additional input I will need from them and what the completed project will look like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in marketing from the Neeley School of Business at TCU, as well as a degree from the John V. Roach Honors College. I worked in marketing after college, and was formerly the Vice President of Marketing for an investment firm before leaving to start MB Marketing LLC. I have worked in sports marketing, event marketing, promotional marketing, and business to business marketing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would encourage customers to take the time to learn about the quality of the professional they are looking to hire and ask questions about how they will achieve the said goals.
