My AirBnB guests texted at 9pm stating the front door wouldn’t lock - the door was sagging and the latch was not aligned. Eddie was very responsive and was able to come out to my AirBnB the first thing the next morning to fix it. Highly recommend his services!

I had several small projects that Eddie quickly knocked out. He was there when he said he would be and when he left, he had cleaned the area. My major project was the installation of a pocket door. There were delays (no fault of Eddie's) and completion took about 3 weeks. I am very happy with his work and plan to rely on him in the future for any projects that may come up. Forgive the picture...the bathroom is very small and it is difficult to get a decent shot. The door has a frosted glass panel and is backlit.

We are so happy to have found Eddie. He mowed & weed-whacked, trimmed & cleaned off bird seed & old wet leaves from porch. Then we had a number of small things to do in the house. I went over a list with him and was amazed that he remembered and did all that was on the list. Eddie was very pleasant, punctual and his work well over par.
