They need to add a bubble for "keeping it real" because Cade did just this. Cade was a breath of fresh air after dumping hundreds and hundreds of dollars into the pool. He was really easy to talk to. I described to him what I described the prior 2-3 times with others, and after assessing the work and other attempts...he found the solve. He reaffirmed to me that good expertise and energy and transparency begets all of those things. I am on my way to a swimmable pool.

Cale was very prompt in his reply, very professional and identified the spa problem immediately and fixed it the very next day He inspected the pool and spa area and also pointed other issues even though he was not really there for that which we appreciate.. I would highly recommend Austin Pool Experts.

Cale bent over backwards to get to my house soonest. His service was great, he's very knowledgeable and a hard worker. It took two trips because our pool was in bad shape, but by the time he got done it looked gorgeous! I highly recommend Cale and his service.

Cale contacted me very shortly after I posted a request for pool service. He arrived the next morning, immediatelt identified the problem with my motor and suggested that rather than replacing the motor, to try a replacement part for the motor first. Cale obtained the part same day, installed it same day which got our filter motor running again. He also cleaned and shocked our pool and gave us expert advice on how to get the pool clean and blue again. He also identified chemicals we were using which were less than optimal to keep the pool water right. Cale did all this and even responded to an after hours text, all this at an extremely resonable price. I wish I would have taken before and after pics! I would recommend Cale without hesitation! -Tim Enlow
