I am a licensed and ordained Christian minister in the State of Texas and I love what I do! Whether it’s in a vineyard, a church, a B&B, a park or a backyard... whatever the venue, your special day will be amazing.
Besides the wedding, I also offer pre-marital counseling, rehearsal and even answering post-wedding marital questions. (I've also done a number of bi- and tri-lingual weddings with an interpreter)
I love being a part of a couple's love story. I believe that marriage is one of the greatest blessings of life. (I've been married to my best friend since 1993) This is my chance to get to know a couple and help them express their devotion to each other before their family and friends.

Jon officiated our wedding in Wimberley, and he did such a fantastic job. He wrote us a personalized ceremony transcript and it was so beautiful. He was so friendly and attentive throughout the whole planning process and on the wedding day itself. John was a last moment choice due to our timing. He was very easy to work with and arrange a really quick small elopement style wedding. We contacted him on Saturday the 7th of April for a Friday the 13th of April wedding.
The service was perfect he worked out the ceremony exactly as we wished. John is a true professional and a delight to work with as well as someone I’d like to regard as a friend. His personality is outstanding and he is absolutely the best I could have asked for in this situation.

Pastor Perrin was the perfect Officiant for our wedding ceremony. As a minister of the Gospel, he wove a mini-sermon about love and the meaning of marriage that spoke to our hearts. He was a joy to meet, and even took the time to introduce himself to guests as they arrived. Some family members assumed he was our full time pastor! Once he has a church we, will be attending when we can. His demeanor, ability to bring calm and humor to wonderful moments is unparalleled. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always begins with a phone call. As I talk with a prospective couple, I am looking to see if I'm the best fit for them and their needs. If I'm not, I will let them know. I will meet with anyone for an interview ahead of time. I would love to talk with you to see if I can help in any way with your special day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an ordained minister since 1993 and have officiated well over a hundred and fifty weddings in the USA and Europe.
