FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing straightforward and fair. I tailor my fees to the size and complexity of your business so you’re never paying for more than you need. For smaller businesses, startups, and new S-Corps/LLCs, I offer some of the lowest rates in the market, and I’m always upfront about costs before any work begins. If you’re dealing with multiple years of taxes, clean-up work, or penalty issues, I’ll review everything first and give you a clear, itemized quote , no surprises. I also offer discounts for bundled services and ongoing monthly clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and designed to make things easy for you. I start with a brief consultation to understand your situation, your goals, and what you need help with. From there, I review any documents you provide and outline a clear plan of action including pricing , so you know exactly what to expect. Once we agree on the scope, I begin the work right away. I keep communication open throughout the process, and I make sure you understand every step, whether it’s bookkeeping, tax preparation, clean-up, or resolving IRS/state issues. My goal is to give you clarity, accuracy, and peace of mind from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MBA with a concentration in Accounting, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , a combination that allows me to approach tax and financial systems with both accuracy and efficiency. I’m also a trained and certified tax professional and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, with hands-on experience working with S-Corps, LLCs, partnerships, sole proprietors, and multi-state tax situations. Beyond formal education, I’ve helped many small businesses clean up their books, correct past tax filings, resolve IRS and state issues, and build compliant financial systems that actually support their growth. Every year, I complete continuing education to stay current on tax law changes, compliance rules, and best practices.
