- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call all my new customers to introduce myself and to thank them for hiring me. I begin by asking my customer a few questions about the job they need done. Once these questions are fulfilled we both agree on a date and time for the job to be completed. Before I start any job I give a 30 minutes to an hour courtesy call to inform my customer that im on schedule and will be there shortly.
