Its below industry standard. I take into account prices my clients can afford. A/C repairs should not break your bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually probe them and try to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Sometimes its very simple like the thermostat for example. If that doesn’t work, we begin the next step which is a callout.
