- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we do have an standard price for emergency calls but bigger projects price depend on difficult of the job. (prices are under estimate)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when we have new customers requesting services if the service sounds confusing to give a price over the phone we prefer to go and do a ficical inspection before we give any type of price!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The Master Handyman is been in the Industry for over 25 years and every single job is under his supervision and quality inspection before our customers approval that way we insure a better quality and satisfaction for our customers!
