- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new customers starts with listening to their needs and asking a few questions to understand the project. I then provide a clear estimate with scope and pricing. Once approved, I schedule the work, complete it safely and efficiently, and do a walkthrough at the end to make sure everything is working perfectly. I always make myself available for any follow-up questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed formal electrical training and earned my license, along with continuing education to stay updated on the latest codes and safety standards. I’ve also had years of hands-on experience working on residential and commercial projects.
