- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple and based on the time and level of work your vehicle needs. Every vehicle is different, so I donât believe in one flat price for everything. Iâm always upfront about costs, and if anything changes during the inspection, Iâll explain it before moving forward. I also offer discounts for repeat customers and multiple vehicles, and I make sure any extra fees are clearly communicated ahead of time so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For every new customer, I focus on building trust first. I take the time to understand what theyâre looking for, inspect the vehicle, and explain exactly what I can do to help. From there, I create a plan that fits their goals and budget. Once the work is completed, I review the results with them and make sure theyâre completely satisfied before I leave. I believe communication and attention to detail are just as important as the quality of the work itself.
