- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The cost depends on the size and complexity of the job, but I’m always happy to provide a free estimate so you know what to expect before any work begins. I keep my rates fair and competitive, and I may offer discounts for multiple projects or repeat customers when possible. My goal is to provide quality work at a price that feels fair and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by learning about their business, goals, and what they want their website to accomplish. After discussing the project details, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once we move forward, I design and develop the site while keeping the client updated throughout the process. Before launch, I review everything with the client to make sure it meets their expectations and works smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working with websites and technology since I was around 16 years old, which has given me many years of hands-on experience in web development. Most of my training comes from real-world projects, continuous learning, and staying up to date with modern tools, design practices, and web technologies. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in building, improving, and maintaining websites that are both functional and user-friendly.
