i wish they really knew how many ripoffs there are out there. remodles and renovations are costly but can be done cheaply so there are a lot of people getting into it and bidding outragous prices and using the cheapest materials. I am here to make a living doing what i like to do. i am not here to take advantage of anyone nor do i expect to get rich. i am a little higher than most but i use quality materials and am not done with a job till the customer is satisfied. just beware if a person gives you a outragous low bid or ask for alot for materials up front, well you probably should decline the offer. more times than not you will be paying for someone else to come fix thier mistakes
