- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. I offer free estimates and discounts for senior citizens and military families. Emergency services may have an additional charge depending on the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule an inspection or consultation to understand the customer’s needs. Then I provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, I set up a time and begin the work. I always keep the customer updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have EPA 608 universal certification and completed HVAC technician training at The Training Center Of Air Conditioning & Heating. I also attend regular continuing education workshops to stay updated on industry standards.
