- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on market research accounting for time, travel, supplies, cost of helpers and insurance. Discounts are offered for returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, it is important for us to understand the clients needs. We listen to our customers and ensure that we are able to provide them with a high quality service. We address any questions or concerns prior to our arrival or before getting to work. Before beginning our service, we appreciate a walkthrough of the home. This is out of respect for your home and belongings. A walk through is not needed for future bookings.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have an extensive background in the customer service industry that’s allowed me to interact with customers of various ethnic backgrounds. Through my experience in the House Cleaning Business, I’ve worked with customers who have given me the opportunity and trust to walk in to their home, provide my services and leaving them with a fresher, cleaner looking home giving them the time to take care of other things that matter to them.
