Standing at 6’7”, I always say that I was born to stand out, and I like to make sure that my work does the same. I am a photographer, graphic designer, and marketing specialist based out of New Jersey, and am dedicated to creating unique work. Growing up, my dad and brother were both photographers, so seeing the perfect photo opportunities has been engrained in me from a young age. I have always strived to live a creative life, and pursued a degree in fashion design and photography at Syracuse University. Since then I created my photo, design, and marketing business, MH Van Dyke.

My family and I really enjoyed working with Michelle ! Aside from being one of the most reasonably priced options — you could tell she enjoys her work and is a true professional by scrolling through her previous work on her website and IG . Michelle was excellent to work with. My 18-month-old was very squirrely and impatient with the photoshoot (hence I was distracted, too) and yet Michelle somehow managed to capture a lot of lovely family moments in her photos. They are beautiful. You will not be disappointed if you go with her!

Michelle was great. She took photos for my blog and worked with me to make sure I was getting good shots. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the project, and get a grasp of what their vision is for the shoot. It’s important to be comfortable with the client and vice versa as this always creates the best shots!
