South Paws is located on 12 acres outside of the city. We try to foster an environment your pet is comfortable in and will enjoy. We keep a file on each pet we care for, so you can be sure to treat them exactly as you would so you never have to worry. Feel free to call anytime to check on or say hi to your dog. We provide pictures throughout the day upon request. If you have a nervous pet, we do all we can to help calm them. We provide a comfortable inside area for your pet and an outside area. Walks and play will be an everyday part of their routine. Each pet is unique, and we want them to be happy here, so we make sure to pay attention to the signs your pet gives so we know what they need at the right time. Visit us online to learn more. South Paws was awesome, especially given that we needed their services extremely last minute. We were in Oklahoma for two nights when we decided that our sweet boy, Paco, who was feeling anxious in our hotel room and barking at every noise he heard, would probably enjoy his own mini vacation. South Paws did not disappoint! We received messages from the office within minutes and they provided updates thru the app as well. They were always available to us, and I so appreciate that. Paco is usually weary of strangers, but when I tell you he practically hopped in the vehicle to head to SP’s with a staff member, I am not exaggerating! He was comfortable and happy from the get-go. We also caught sight of him at pickup, enjoying the breeze as they pulled up to meet us (which is an awesome service they offer if you’re staying at the casino). Paco was so tuckered out when we got home that he went straight for his favorite spot on the couch and slept for hours. He is usually an anxious pup, but as you can see from the picture I added, he had such a good time he was calm and relaxed from the moment we picked him up. I can’t say enough good things about SP. Paco will definitely be staying at this wonderful place any time we are in town. Thank you South Paws for giving us peace of mind while he was in your care!

South Paws was a great choice for my doggy. He came back tuckered out and exhausted so I know he had a great time and was played with. They followed all my specific instructions the way I asked. I had a great experience with them my first time and definitely will be choosing them for any future dog sitting needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are lower then anyone in the area, because this is not a job for us, but a passion. We give your first day free because we are so confident your pup will love their visit to South Paws🐾.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the pet parent and pet where everyone can get to know each other. Everyone needs to feel comfortable. Then during the stay we keep the pet parent updated through text and phone calls. We also send photos before 2p each day. We follow a daily schedule so you know your pup is staying active and having fun. If it’s a first stay we update the pet parent very frequently with photos, and funny stories if we have any.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We stated in 2004 taking in strays, & helping them find homes. Then we started to watch pets at peoples homes. This slowly turned into a business.
