We are lower then anyone in the area, because this is not a job for us, but a passion. We give your first day free because we are so confident your pup will love their visit to South Paws🐾.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the pet parent and pet where everyone can get to know each other. Everyone needs to feel comfortable. Then during the stay we keep the pet parent updated through text and phone calls. We also send photos before 2p each day. We follow a daily schedule so you know your pup is staying active and having fun. If it’s a first stay we update the pet parent very frequently with photos, and funny stories if we have any.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We stated in 2004 taking in strays, & helping them find homes. Then we started to watch pets at peoples homes. This slowly turned into a business.
