- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor cost $45 an hour. Any job over 4 hours will receive a 10% discount on the total job not including parts, just on labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Accept the job from the customer and get details of the job's action items. Research products for instructional documents unless provided by the customer. I would like to visit to take a look at the location and the products to make sure I will have everything I need to complete the job on time and on budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've owned multiple houses and have performed all the handyman projects =s on each. I was a telecommunications engineer for 20 years and understand voice and data networks.
