David was fantastic. His service tech ensured everything was working exactly as expected. Replaced my HVAC unit and his price was absolutely the best, where a few other quoted $9k and $15k for the same equipment, same manufacturer, same warranty terms etc was almost half of that…. Great service, great communication and great person all in all.. My absolute goto going forward for everything HVAC.

Important Update: 5/16/26 I am happy and relieved to report that the Metro team honored my warranty and resolved the issue!
Original Review: David responded quickly to my initial call and came out promptly. After waiting over a week for a part, his team replaced the AC coil for $1,600 and my air was cool again.
Soon after that, my attic AC pan filled with water and began dripping on my patio. I informed David, who said that the water accumulation had nothing to do with his company’s work.
I called another company who said that Metro Service AC and Heating did not balance the unit correctly, hence the tilt, with one side of the pan being bone dry, and the other side collecting water (see pics).
I reached out to David again, who said they were very busy but would come
out ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS (May 14th, May 19th, and May 21st) but were NO-SHOWS each time. For the 3rd promised visit, he told me that he would charge a service call fee, to which I agreed because I wanted the situation resolved, but he never called or came back to my house.
I am highly disappointed in the workmanship and the failure to return
to my house to even assess the situation after paying him $1,600!
Metro AC and Heating is responsible for repairing and balancing my unit, where it is functioning properly again.
