These guys were exceptional. Shawn handled the situation with sympathy and lots of professionalism. He explained everything and made sure I was getting the right kind of work needed to fully mitigate any water damage. We worked closely with my homeowner insurance. He made it an overall pleasant experience given the situation, did a great job, was always punctual and communicated with me, and just a great personality to work with.

My A/C system was leaking. The unit sits up in the attic in my bedroom, so it was leaking down the wall and into my closet. Shawn Taylor and his techs were at my house less than 30 minutes after I called them. They used moisture meters and found water at three different places in the ceiling and in the walls. The floor was soaked too. Over the next few days, they used a number of blowers and large dehumidifiers to dry everything. They even put the equipment up in the attic to dry the ceiling. No easy feat. Then, they treated the entire area with a mold preventative. Now, I can't even tell the closet was flooded. Kudos to his company for a great job and a big thank you to Shawn for his quality oversight of the job from start to finish.
