Colby was incredibly responsive and informative through the entire process and helped us out in a major bind. He came to the property to do an assessment and was able to start working that day. He was very helpful with the insurance claim process and also connected us with and helped schedule the additional contractors needed for the job. I have previously worked with other mitigation companies and Colby, by far, supersedes the previous work. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone

Water in your home is stressful, but working with Colby and the WaterDamage Repair Tech team wasn't. Our water heater in our attic broke causing water issues and damage from the attic and down 2 floors. Colby was helpful, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

We respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies immediately, day or night. There is no charge for us to assess damages and detail exactly what is needed for you to recover from your flooding. Pricing is industry standard and is mostly done through your insurance company. If you don't have insurance, please give us a call and we will work with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive on scene within one hour, make a thorough inspection of your emergency, then give you options. We can go to work immediately if you want to minimize damages and properly prepare your home and business for build back services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
