- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price quoted is an estimate. Not all services are included in price. We will work with you directly to ensure you are receiving services you need at a price that is fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with you by phone, text or email to get a good understanding about services needed, agree on price, and to schedule a date and time that is best for you. I will call you on the day scheduled to let you know I am on the way and give you an expected arrival time. At this time I will also request gate codes or entry access, if needed. I will let you know once the job is complete and ask if there is anything else you need. If you are satisfied with my service, we will discuss method of payment. A follow up phone call will be made a few days after services are complete to make sure job was completed to your satisfaction and to find out if there is anything else you will be needing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My aunt and uncle had rental houses, and we started out by helping them get them ready for new tenants.
