- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront on our pricing. We can do your job on time and material or we can put together a bid price for your project. Also, you can furnish the material and we can do it by the hour. We don’t ask for money up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to know if the customer has a clear vision of their project and can express their expectations to us so we can meet it. So we may ask a lot of questions that seem since less but it helps us understand their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have real world experience. In the field and on the job.
