I have excellent customer service and a lot of recommendations for doing outstanding work. I also was a technician and a supervisor, then I became a manager for Comcast Cable for 15 years. My installation background and knowledge are everything that a customer needs, not just mounting TVs. Any areas in their home that they might be having issues with or have questions for I can assist. I enjoy interacting with my customers as well as giving them the best possible service experience. My work is exceptional, my pictures and my reviews speaks for themselves!! He was awesome and courteous. My previous installer is great too but we upgraded to larger TV and the mount needed to be readjusted due to the minor dry wall damage. He was prompt and professional, I love my new TV!!! It is in the perfect position!! Thank you Mr. Smith!!
