- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project is different, but this is our typical process for working with a new customer: Set up an appointment to discuss your project We come to you. We collect your basic contact information, project location and the service you are seeking. What to expect: We will come to your home or project site to collect information about the property and to discuss your vision for the location and type of fence desired. During this appointment we will get specifics about neighbors, property boundaries and locate property markers as necessary. We will discuss the need for permits and offer advice related to neighbor relations as necessary. If you have any issues with the form or have questions, please give us a call. Get a quote We will email your quote that provides a cost estimate, project plan and information about next steps. What to expect: We take all the collected information and details from our introductory conversation into account to generate a detailed cost estimate and project plan. We aim to provide quotes as early as next day, but response times may vary depending on the nature and size of the project. We are always available to discuss and review the cost estimate and project plan to make any adjustments to schedules, materials, dimensions, payment options and terms. Review and accept terms Verify that everything is accurate. Communicate any necessary changes. Review the terms and sign off to move forward. What to expect: Your quote contains all the relevant details related to your project including property information, permit applications (when necessary), a scope of work that provides a step-by-step project plan, a materials list, documentation of personal preferences and any relevant instructions or requirements. Choose between several convenient payment options and then approve the project. Good Neighbors Fence Co. collects a 50% deposit to cover the cost of materials. The remaining balance is collected when the project is completed. Schedule the work Once we’ve received your consent and deposit payment, we’ll schedule the work to be completed. What to expect: Good Neighbors Fence Co. will begin work once materials are available and the project schedule is approved. Good Neighbors Fence Co. will work according to the agreed upon project plan and make every attempt to keep to the agreed upon schedule, weather permitting. Once the project is complete to the satisfaction of the customer, the remaining portion of the balance is paid. We will ask if we can place a Good Neighbors Fence Co. sign in your yard for a predetermined amount of time. We will ask that you provide a review.

Good Neighbors Fence Co. has been in land development, construction and home services for almost 20 years. We've recently made the decision to put our focus on fences, backyards and outdoor spaces because we do this well.
