FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a couple of different ways in which I figure the cost. Some jobs I will charge a flat rate. Some examples of this are water heater and yard line (water/drain) replacement. Normally, I charge an hourly rate for most standard plumbing repair. Time and Material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't really have a "process." I expect payment upon completion of the job and require payment up front for material, equipment, and inspection fees
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been plumbing for 12 years and in 5 different states. I hold a Responsible Master Plumbing license. This basically means I'm insured and am legal to pull permits and plumb in the great state of Texas.
