We had a clogged drain in the main bathroom from flushing some things that weren’t flushable. The first plumber we called out tried to upsell us to a $10,000+ job replacing the drainage pipe. He was like a used car salesman wanting to know what we wanted to spend. Would not even consider snaking out the pipe.
Bryan snaked out the pipe with no issues. He arrived on time, was totally professional and resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. His charge was incredibly fair. Can’t say enough good things about Plumbing Support Services. Definitely recommend him highly.

Gave a fair upfront quote; didn’t do the BS “we’ll wave the service fee if you hire us” non-quote. Gave a date and time, and actually showed up on time with all the equipment needed. Didn’t try to upsell any services. He even showed how to maintenance myself so it can extend the life of my water heater. Will definitely call for any future service. All around good dude.
