- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process goes a little like this. I'll reach back with availability and pricing for the coverage as soon as I can. Once confirmed, the client will have 7 days to send the deposit to confirm booking. We will set up a phone call to get to know each other, go over the details of the event, and confirm the golden hours. I'll reach out a few weeks before the event, then the day before the event. I'll show up early and hangout late. And the remainder of the payment will be due before the even on the day of. Sneak peaks will be delivered within 48 hours and the full gallery will be sent within 4 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of the school of Youtube and asking friends for help! I don't have any professional training, I'm completely self taught, but I do have a degree in Environmental Science from Tarleton State University! Go Texans!
