Responded quickly, arrived on time. Vacuumed and steamed tile floors, did great job. Cleaned 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and 3 ceiling fans.

Heather is exceptional when it comes to pride in her work. After she has cleaned there is nothing that was missed. There is absolutely nothing that you have to redo or rearrange after she leaves. Very happy that our home is taken care off by this terrific young lady.

I don’t typically write up poor reviews but was pretty frustrated with this experience. I had a pretty easy job, an empty apt that I was moving into. I needed 2x bathrooms, floors, and countertops cleaned and sanitized. Heather showed up 10-15 minutes late for the job. I worked nightshift the night before so I opted to pay Heather up front and go home and go back to sleep. I won’t make that mistake again. When I checked on the apt, it didn’t look like the bathrooms were cleaned well. There were crumbs on the counter tops as well as the floor. I messaged Heather and she initially messaged me back but then stopped replying. I will let the photos speak for themselves - keep in mind these photos are from AFTER Heather was done cleaning and are just a few of the pictures. I was planning on hiring her to also deep clean the apt that I’m moving out of but will be hiring someone else instead.

I'm sorry you're upset with my services. I spent 4 hours scrubbing and sanitizing the apartment from top to bottom. You had me leave the apartment unlock for an unknown amount of time. When I left, the apartment was to my normal standard. I had even taken extra time to clean the ceiling fans and windows to thank you for your services as a Police Officer who had just worked a Thanksgiving shift. Again thank you for your service, please make sure to lock your doors after you have services completed, I believe it would resolve this issue ☺️

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I budget a little more upon our first appointment, only so I there's time to take note of the the small details, I want to take care of the important things to you. For some, it's the kitchen, other's find tranquility in their bedrooms. The more often we work together, the more I can recognize if the sheets need to be changed or the fridge should be cleared out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a proud Military Family Member. It's always an honor to work with our active and retired service members. My family will never be able to thank you enough. That being said, my cleaning skills come from being the daughter of a Marine Corps Drill Sergeant.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cleaning and organizing has been a part of me since childhood. This is partially due to my cultural background as well as it brings me peace of mind.
