I have over 25 years of experience in application and operating systems, software development in environments ranging from the stand-alone desktop to complex distributed-processing networks and real-time embedded processing. Operating systems include Windows, UNIX, Linux, VMS, pSOS, and a proprietary telecom, RTOS. Structured and OOP languages include C/C++ (Legacy and .NET), Perl, (DOORS) DXL, shell scripting, and a variety of assemblers -- Intel 8051 and 8080, Zylog Z8000, Motorola M68000 and IBM 370. IDEs include Eclipse, ActiveState Komodo, Visual Studio, TI Code Composer Studio, Keil uVision, and Freescale CodeWarrior. I have extensive experience working with customers when troubleshooting their technical problems, performing software installations or training them on how to use software products. Also, I am experienced with verification and validation in the context of assuring conformity of avionics software to the DO-178B specification.
