Jamal was very helpful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $195 for a 90-minute reading that’s conducted over Zoom. Payments for readings must be be made at the time of scheduling the appointment. After the payment is received, a Zoom link is mailed to confirm the appointment time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll start by asking for their exact time, date and place of birth. Then, I’ll ask them to provide up to four questions they’re looking for clarification about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Journalism. It helps me be an effective listener and communicator, which is so important to being an proficient astrologer.
