- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. Once you contact us, we ask a few questions about your vehicle and the type of service you need, then we schedule a convenient time. On the day of the appointment, our mobile detailing team arrives fully equipped and performs the service on-site. After the job is finished, we review the results with you to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and interior restoration. We follow the same proven system used across multiple Wings Mobile Detailing locations, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
