- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the job, not the hour. We consider the size of your home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of levels, and the type of cleaning you need, along with any add-ons such as cleaning inside the refrigerator or oven. Recurring clients receive better per-clean pricing—the more frequently we care for your home, the lower your price per visit may be. We also love referrals! Existing clients can earn CleanPop gift cards when they refer friends and family who book with us. We understand that plans change, but same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief 5–10 minute conversation to get to know you and your home. We’ll cover the basics—size, bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, and the current condition of the home—but we also want to know what matters most to you. What areas bother you? What cleaning tasks do you dread? And when you walk back into your home after we’ve finished, what needs to be true for you to feel like it was money well spent? From there, we’ll recommend the right service, provide your quote, and schedule your cleaning. On cleaning day, you’ll receive a notification when your cleaning team is on the way. When they arrive, they’ll do a quick walkthrough with you to confirm priorities before getting to work. Once the cleaning is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy with the results. Our goal is pretty simple: understand what matters to you, clean accordingly, and leave you wanting us back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners bring years of hands-on professional cleaning experience to every home. In fact, even our least experienced cleaner has four years of professional experience. They’ve cleaned homes in all kinds of conditions and developed tried-and-true techniques for tackling everything from everyday buildup to some of the tougher cleaning challenges. Just as importantly, our cleaners genuinely enjoy cleaning. We believe there’s a difference between someone who can clean and someone who takes real satisfaction in doing it well—and those are the people we want caring for your home.
