We had a great experience with Pacific Pool Plastering from start to finish. The crew was consistently on time, professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They did an outstanding job replastering our pool, and the finished product looks beautiful.The only minor issue we experienced was that some concrete dust and debris made its way onto our lawn during the project. We mentioned it to the team, and they addressed it right away by cleaning everything up and implementing a plan to prevent it from happening going forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to making things right really impressed us.No construction project is completely without challenges, but what sets a company apart is how they handle them. Pacific Pool Plastering exceeded our expectations, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
