- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is important to everyone. We understand that very well we are a small company. Panda maid can work with you on your budget. Don't be afraid to ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is the fun part. Meeting new customers is exciting, because a relationship begans to take place. We try to answer all questions honestly and do anything to help our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning houses at a very early age. I would help my mom with her clients. I learned a lot. Most importantly I learned how to treat people with respect and do things to taylor to there needs.
