What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Veteran, Law Enforcement, First Responder and Educator discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make initial contact, then set up a time and date for an on-site estimate. From there the prospective client receives an estimate. We go over the details together and set a start date, at which time a 25% deposit is due. From there we complete the project to the clients expectations. We always complete a walk-thru together when the project is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree. Painted just became something I love to do so I started the business.
