After returning from a trip, they promptly scheduled a technician who was absolutely fantastic. Mike Dubois was professional, patient, and above all, made me feel confident in the work being done. He did everything he could within my limited budget to get things running again. Mike from the main office also worked with me to provide pricing for a full system replacement — while it was a bit pricey, it was fair and expected for the scope. Thankfully, they were able to get my current system repaired, and when I'm ready to move forward with a new one, I’ll definitely be calling them back. They really helped turn a stressful situation into a manageable one. The cost for the repair was also very reasonable.
